I want to have my car serviced, however I am worried about COVID-19.

Carbyne Automotive has put a number of pre-cautionary measures in place to protect you and our team members. This includes going through a sanitisation procedure on your vehicle on arrival and after servicing (with your permission). Our office performs routine disinfectant of surfaces and has hand sanitiser available for your convenience. We encourage safe practices including to limit interactions where possible, including payment over the phone, EFTPOS or bank transfers rather than cash. Please call us to discuss your concerns or for more details on our procedures. Should you have an upcoming booking and are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, please contact us so we can reschedule the booking for you.

What oils do you use for your servicing and package deals?

High quality Penrite oils are used across our services. You may request specific oils or supply your own. Note this may mean a package deal no longer applies.

Can I supply my own parts and oils?

Of course! Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for warranty or defective parts should you supply your own.

Do any exclusions apply in your package deals?

In-tank fuel filters, genuine filters and oils are not included in Mining Package Deals. Package Deal prices may change due to prices increases.
